Does the roof cleaning company guarantee against leaks?
It’s easy for a contractor to get on your roof and clean it with a water pressure blaster… and it’s also easy for them to get it wrong and blast water in the wrong direction… resulting is roof leak, ceiling leaks, and wet insulation.
It is stongly advised that you ask your roof cleaning company to give you a guarantee that they will not let water leak into your ceiling. If they aren’t prepared to do this, then you might like to shop around.
One of my clients simply wanted the moss and dirt cleaned off their roof… and the thermal image below is what they ended up with: (You could not see these leaks without infrared).
