Q. Hi, Could you please give me an indication of what you would charge to come out and check for a leak. We have reason to believe we have a leak somewhere on our property, but we do not know where.

We have conducted several meter tests which have confirmed that the meter continues to move even when no water is being used. My husband is a plumber and has checked all the usual suspects with no success. A water pressure test confirms that a leak exists. However we cannot see any damp or wet patches, no water pooling outside or any other visible signs to alert us to the leak.

I have a school with many roof leaks. it is coming in everywhere. The roofing appears to be perfect in the selective areas that I open up. Is there any way I could use this with a seperate water source to see where it goes? Please point me in the right direction.

Does your thermal imaging have the ability to anaylze a wall that has metal siding panels in lieu of the conventional wood siding? I am a contractor and was wondering if it does have the ability if I could find someone in my local or actually do it myself?

I own a two story home at Taylors Lakes (3038) in Victoria. There is a leak from the upstairs bathroom that has been occurring intermittently for some months. The bath room has a shower, basin and spar bath and we have no idea which is leaking or where the leak is coming from. The spar bath is very rarely used.

Are you able to help locate this leak using your thermal imaging camera technology? What is it going to cost and how accurately will you be able to pin point the source of the leak?

Please help, I’m having a water leak problem in the roof of my main bedroom, I’ve got alot of water marks and when it rains water drips from the plaster roof onto my bed. I’ve had a builder back (house is only 4 years old so still under warranty) a hundred time but he can’t find where its coming from, my house is double storey and my bedroom is on the bottom floor with the second storey above so I can’t access the roof area above my bedroom. Can you please give me a quote how much it would be for your company to come out and have a look?

Water is visibly running into the street via an agricultural drain
exit under the nature strip and there is obvious movement of the water
meter with all taps turned off. I estimate we are losing about 200 plus litres per day which is unacceptable.

I do not want to waste money on a plumber until the source of the leak
is found. A scientific approach seems the best way to go and I would be
interested in obtaining an indication of your costs.

I just wanted to get a rough guide as to how much an infrared moisture inspection would cost. I have a small 3 by 1 villa in WA Perth metro area. In a couple of the rooms the paint is peeling on the ceiling but not sure if its due to moisture or a bad paint job by previous owners. We have heard dripping but have been in the roof numerous times but can’t see any leak or water. Dripping maybe within the evaporative aircon.

I have identified areas of excess moisture on the ceiling and walls on the second story of my house while preparing for painting. Does your service track the source of the leak which in some cases appears to be window joins, in other through the roof etc or does it just identify higher moisture contents?

We live on the coast and it seems the moisture only penetrates in more severe weather conditions.

We have a bad smell coming from one of our bedrooms and after googling it we think it might be mould ? My husband has been up in the roof and can’t see anything (ie. dead rat) that could be causing the smell.

I have just rented a house and we have noticed severe mould and rising damp in the basement property running up the walls towards our property upstairs, what is the likelihood of the mould being in the upstairs house and can this be tested?? I am due to move in this weekend and an very concerned as my dad lost half a lung to a spore 3 years ago!
